What cleaning products do you use?

We use a range of eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-caustic products, plus a bit of elbow grease!

What exactly is involved in an oven clean?

1. Initial inspection: We assess the condition of your oven and identify specific areas that require attention.

2. Door dismantling: We take the unique step of removing and dismantling the oven door for an in-depth cleaning, ensuring every component receives specialised care.

3. Deep cleaning of removable components: Components such as racks, fan, fan cover, door seal, and the back and side panels are detached and immersed in our specialised solution which ensure a meticulous deep clean. PLEASE NOTE: We do not clean oven trays, however all oven racks are included in the clean.

4. Eco-friendly cleaning solution: We use a specialised, eco-friendly cleaning solution to break down stubborn grease and carbon deposits.

5. Deep scrubbing: Every nook and cranny is scrubbed meticulously to ensure a thorough cleaning.

6. Rinse and polish: We rinse the oven, leaving it free of any cleaning residue and polish it to restore its shine. Then your oven is good to use!

Please note: If you have a freestanding oven, we do not pull the oven out and clean around it. We just take care of the inside and polish the front of the oven.

How long does the process take?

It all depends. Normally, a standard oven clean will take between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. If your oven has not been cleaned in a while, it may need a bit more elbow grease which will take a little longer.

I have a self-cleaning oven. Do I need to get it cleaned?

Absolutely. Even self-cleaning ovens need a manual clean every once in a while. Grease and carbon still builds up behind the catalytic panels, grill and fan which is hard for you to reach without removing the oven door. That’s where we come in!

Do you do oven repairs?

We carry some spare parts, such as light bulbs and door seals. We can put you in touch with professionals for other repairs as needed.
